Irene teaches in East Lothian and has a background in medical science and health. She has, over the years, developed an interest in the development of body ,mind and spirit. Irene believes in the innate wisdom of the body to maintain it's balance and health. She has now been working in the field of holistic health for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience to her yoga teachings.

Kay is a retired Primary School Teacher and has practised yoga for over seven years. Kay teaches in Edinburgh and holds regular classes at Mulberry House, she also offers bespoke 121 sessions. Kay remains involved with the administration of the inner Yoga Trust Teacher Training Programme, in addition to bringing her organisation and teaching skills to Celtic yoga.

Liz teaches in Glasgow and is a counsellor and psychotherapist as well as a qualified Yoga teacher. She has
over 20 years experience in the counselling field and has counselled clients
with a wide range of issues in short and long term counselling. Liz is passionate
about helping people discover a more fulfilling way of life, helping them reach their full potential for healing and wholeness by combining her yoga and
counselling skills.
Laura qualified as a Yoga teacher with the Inner Yoga Trust
in 2007. She has previously supported
foundation courses with the Inner Yoga Trust and administered the 2010/11
Teacher Training Programme in Scotland alongside the core tutor Jenny
Beeken. Laura has held classes in Fife
and within her workplace, where her aim is to make yoga more accessible to the
corporate world.
